How to register as a New Mining Engineer

1. Successful examinees upon release of examinations results shall take their oath of professionals by attending the oath-taking ceremonies supervised by the Professional Regulatory Board or undertaken by a person or individual authorized to administer such oath.

2. Present oath of professionals at any registration window of the Registration Division.

3. Upon presentation, the registering officer will secure hiS Permanent Examination and Registration Record Card (PERRC) and verify whether the registrant passed the examinat
ion.
4. Upon verification, the registration officer assesses the required fees to be paid, notes these down on the oath of professional and returns the same to the registrant.

5. The Registrant proceeds to the cashier to pay the required fees, secures his Official Receipt and proceeds to the Registration Window for initial registration.

6. The registration officer receives the oath of professional and official receipt, retrieves the PERRC, records the payment and assigns him the registration number.

7. The new registrant signs his name and indicates pertinent information in the Official Registry Book.

8. The registration officer attaches the oath of professional to his PERRC and returns the registrant's official receipt and claim stub.

9. The registrant returns on the scheduled day to claim his professional license card and board certificate.
